Terms of Service
By commissioning me you agree to all of these terms of service.
All payments are in usd via paypal or ko-fi
payment will be made after i send the initial sketch
please provide character reference sheets, as of right now i don't do character design
i will await for approval before continuing the commission
I own all the rights to my artworks, no reselling, editing or claiming as your own
you may repost the commission with proper credit
no refunds unless there are no updates given within 3 months+
minor changes are allowed within 3 revisions, exceeding that/having last minute changes/major changes will have an additional charge
Artwork usually would be done by 1 week to a month, if the commissioner wishes the artwork to be done faster I have the rights to refuse or increase the price
average time for the commission to be done will take around 1 week to 1 month depending on complexity
finished artwork will be sent via g-mail or google drive
BLOCKCHAIN POLICY
You agree that the artwork being created for any and all commissions made by The Artist (at any stage of completion) will not be put onto or used by any and all past, present and future blockchain associated technologies, all past, present or future NFT marketplaces, made into NFTs or Cryptocurrencies under ANY AND ALL circumstances at any time. This includes all past, present and future derivatives, versions, evolutions of these prior mentioned technologies, selling platforms or trading/investing spaces; this includes public or private websites and/or mobile applications. The commercial use of personal, individual use labeled commissioned artwork in any shape or form without the strict written permission by The Artist is prohibited. This includes actions performed by means such as a bot or human decision. If it is discovered that a client uses any past, present or future commissioned artwork created by @Nefarious_Red as an NFT or Cryptocurrency in any form whatsoever at any time; the client shall:
-Be banned from using @Nefarious_Red 's services.
-Pay @Nefarious_Red the entire amount earned from NFT and Cryptocurrency sales (using a regulated, government recognized currency; preferably in USD via PayPal)
-Have their commission removed from @Nefarious_Red 's public art hosting services

Simple render PNGtuber halfbody : 90USD
+10USD per additional expression
Bust PNGtuber Avatar : 150USD
Half body PNGtuber Avatar: 200USD
+15USD per additional expression
+depending on complexity and / or number of accessories prices will vary
